Where: earleywood campsite

A joint south and south east berkshire camp for groups to attend with families, all activities centrally organised groups cook for themselves
Joint Explorer evening
Tue 22nd Sep (7:30pm - 9:30pm)
Where: Ambarrow Crescent, Sandhurst

For all explorers in the district to come together and meet up for an evening of fun and games

District Trustee Board Meeting
Tue 6th Oct (8:00pm - 10:00pm)
Where: District HQ, Ambarrow Crescent
Beavers & Cubs, District Night Hike
Fri 9th Oct (6:00pm - 10:00pm)
Where: 9th Bracknell - Leppington RG12 7WW

For beavers and cubs to participate in their groups (with leaders and or parents) in a local night hike starting and ending at 9th Bracknell hut - Leppington.
Small charge per young person that will include a hot drink at the end
JOTI/JOTA activity weekend
Fri 16th (5:00pm) to Sun 18th Oct (2:00pm)
Where: Earleywood campsite

Camping options for scouts and explorers with their own leaders - centrally catered if requested £60
or drop in for all sections with parents booked and paid through groups and passed on to district £15

Scouts & Explorers - District Fireworks
Thu 5th Nov (7:30pm - 9:30pm)
Where: Earleywood campsite

A joint evening for Scouts and explorers held at Earleywood campsite
Cost per participant, sign up through OSM
Cubs - District Chess Competition
Sat 7th Nov (2:00pm - 4:00pm)
Where: 9th Bracknell - Leppington

A chance for individuals from all groups to come together for a chess tournament for the district trophy
Squirrels & Beavers
Mon 16th Nov (6:15pm - 7:00pm)
Where: 9th Bracknell - Leppington

A district event for squirrels and beavers with their families for a campfire with singing and call and repeat action songs.
bring some pennies for some hot chocolate on the evening.

Cubs come together to take part in a campfire, sing songs. With hot chocolate available.
